Hire The International with bar staff, glassware and a bunch of additions to kick off your event without the need for catering companies and hiring extra gear.

If your event is more than 100 people please let us know as we can help source additional glassware and hire items. 

The International is available to hire throughout the Whakatipu Basin.

The bar is able to travel further afield, however a per-km fee will apply. Please note any events outside of the Whakatipu Basin will have a minimum hire period.

See below for all inclusions:


Up to 2 Hours: $2,600 + GST

Up to 6 Hours: $4,200 + GST


The All In comes with all of the Dry Hire inclusions as well as:

  • 2x highly trained bar staff
  • Glassware (champagne, wine, highball, lowball, beer) for up to 100 people*
  • Water/cocktail dispensers x2
  • Ice x20 bags


  • Delivery on-site at your venue/event space
  • Set up and pack down
  • On-site manager

The Bar

  • Glass-fronted fridges and additional chilly-bins (if required)
  • Starline commercial dishwasher and racks
  • Bottle display shelving
  • Custom coloured LED strip lighting to suit your event scheme
  • iPad with Spotify with downloadable playlists
  • BOSE indoor/outdoor Bluetooth sound system
  • In-lounge TV with Chromecast & Bluetooth

*if you require more glassware and staff for a higher number of guests let us know and we can assist.

Please be advised, if mains power isn’t available for your event, a generator will be required which we can arrange on your behalf
